Typical door-to-door transit is 25-40 days by ocean FCL, 30-45 days by ocean LCL including consolidation, and 5-10 days by air freight. Times vary with port congestion, customs inspection and inland distance at destination. We confirm an ETA for your specific route before booking.
Under DDP the forwarder clears export and import customs and pays duties and taxes, so the buyer receives the goods at the door with no extra charges. Under DDU (also called DAP) the buyer handles import clearance and duties. DDP suits first-time importers; DDU can be cheaper when the buyer already has a customs broker and duty credits.
Yes. We file export declarations at Chinese ports and work with licensed brokers at destination for import clearance, duty assessment and inspections. Documents are checked before shipment so problems are caught early.
Usually a commercial invoice, packing list and the bill of lading or air waybill. Some categories also need a certificate of origin, an MSDS for batteries or chemicals, or import licences at destination. We confirm the exact list once we know the HS code and product.
